Good location, walking distance (10-20 minutes) to metro, buses, restaurants, shopping, El Prado Museum, Retiro Park. Room was very quiet and clean. A/C worked well but blew onto the bed so need to have deflector shields installed. Nice hot shower, clean kitchen, espresso type coffee maker. Would love an English news channel available. Would stay again.

The host didn’t speak very much English. However he made it so easy to check in and out and the rooms were SPECTACULAR. I stayed there 2 times in one week and both rooms were crazy nice. Very friendly and had a great stay.

Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it! Thank you!

Nicely furnished. Had plenty of coffee for espresso. Detergent for laundry and dishwasher were provided. The unit we were in had a bedroom that had a low slanted ceiling so the mattress was on the floor. Would be nice to know this ahead of time. Otherwise, location was great and the San Anton market is across the street (wonderful multi story food market. Grocery store on the 1st floor, food stalls 2nd and 3rd floors and restaurants on the 4th floor)

In the hard of a great Madrid neighborhood

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Host very attentative and responsive. I did not know it doesn't include room service, may be it was advertised but I wasn't aware. Excelent supply of coffe pods and teas. Great to have washer and dryer which function could be standard in Spain but for foreigners it would be good to have instructions, same with microwave oven. We had a hard time with both, very different from American standards. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, main bed was great. The highest point is the location and cleaning, both A+

É um apartamento, bem localizado. Área segura. O quarto que pegamos era imenso. Uma sala, mesa, cozinha uma suíte que tinha inclusive um pequeno terraço.ficamos só eu e meu filho, mas é ideal pra uma família. Vi muitas pessoas se queixando, pois o check-in eletrônico.não tive dificuldades.passaram a senha de acesso ao prédio, a senha de acesso à chave, você entra no apartamento.e na hora do check-out ha um local para deixar as chaves. Você não vai ter a conveniência de uma recepção de hotel, mas vai ter um apartamento imenso com área de cozinha. Não usei a cozinha, por isso não posso falar quanto aos utensílios. Não observei a presença de panos de prato ou sal. Então o ideal é pra quem vai ficar realmente um tempo maior e precise adquirir o que for necessário para usá-la.
