The property is a 2 minute walk to the #6 bus that goes up the major streets of the Madrid center. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the underground metro. The shower very small and the room wasn't really cleaned while we were there. They made the bed, gave new towels, but didn't wipe the sink or replenish the soap. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
