The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for history and tradition lovers since it is situated right in the heart of Madrid, an area of principal interest due to its extensive history and streets filled with the city's identity-defining traditions.

Curtidores Street is known for being the main street of El Rastro, the most famous open-air market in the capital of Spain that takes place every Sunday and holiday. At El Rastro, you can find multiple curious objects, furniture, vintage articles, and even collector's items, almost impossible to find in regular stores. You will be staying in the midst of the history and identity culture of Madrid residents.

But that's not all, the Centro district is the oldest district with the most history in the city, which is why it houses the main points of interest such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Almudena Cathedral, and many more. You will stay in a typical area of Madrid where each of its streets tells a story that surrounds and enchants you. It has a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
