Newly branded but here for a while. Newly updated rooms. Average breakfast. Close to shopping and the belt line. Not very walkable, though.

This property is not family friendly. The location is excellent, right off the highway near West Towne Mall and Urban Air; however, pick any other hotel but this one. The smell of the room was awful. It was moldy smelling and we had to open the window. There was blood like splatter all over the wall. The curtains were dirty or moldy. The bathroom door didn't close unless you pushed in a bottom corner of the door. The bathtub was rusty and so gross I would not give a child a bath in that. There was a bug in our sink. Our sheets were stained, pillow cases stained, just completely gross. The breakfast in the morning is okay if you want cold items. Their hot food is not hot and the eggs are powdered and watery. I definitely think this hotel is for construction workers or alike, not families.
