Friendly staff, good safe parking, close to city and restaurants - cheap fuel nearby. Restaurant offered a fair selection but we arrived too late to eat. Air conditioned rooms really good in the heatwave.
We have stayed here a few times as a nice place to stop on our road journey from the UK to Italy and back. The hotel is very conveniently located just off the A6 autoroute so doesn’t involve a big detour. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Parking the car is very easy, and there are a few EV chargers. The grounds are quite spacious with some green spaces, we were able to give our dog a good walk around the exterior of the hotel. The breakfast is really nice with a decent choice of hot and cold food.
We did eat in the restaurant in the evening one time, the food was fairly ordinary, and it was very busy and quite disorganised when we came to pay, somehow we ended up paying for the wrong table, but they did sort it out in the end.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Pool was excellent. Room had some parts updated but not all. Very small for 4 people due to 2 pull out beds. One pillow each, my husband asked for another and was told they were all being used. Breakfast and cleaning staff all very pleasant. Lots of flies around breakfast food.
A great place for a stopover but no shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms as of March 2026 are clean and comfortable. Staff professional & welcoming. Breakfast & parking included.
A lovely comfortable hotel. A bit dated but it was very clean and as already mentioned it was a comfortable stay.
Breakfast had a great choice and staff friendly.
It is perfect for a stopover on a long journey. Very near to the motorway, but no noise from it. Restaurant was open. Not a huge choice but reasonably priced and decent food. Overall, good value and very convenient…..we would use again.

We parked our motorbike outside our room on the ground floor.
Nice spacious room, but we had to run the bath tap for 10 mins to clear out the black grunge.
Bathroom was good size also.
We dined there and breakfasted.
The bill was all mixed up, I think we overpaid slightly.
Good overnight stop on the way back from south of France, food was good in the restaurant and a reasonable price for a hotel, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Nice big tv in room to watch premier league football and Miami f1 qualifying. My husband and son were happy with that as well. Beds were comfortable, only criticism was my adult son’s bed only had a thin blanket and no duvet, he said he was cold in the night.
This was an annual overnight stay at this hotel en-route to the south. Arrival temperature 35.5c, greeted with news that air con not working and fridges removed during refurb of rooms. No fans available. Staff not at all sympathetic. Evening meal was good, but breakfast bar seemed much reduced in scale since previous stays. Otherwise refurbished rooms a definite improvement.

Disliked: Staff & service
Not quite the four star hotel you might hope for
Good welcome at reception and nice spacious room, but place is looking tired. Service in the restaurant for dinner was poor - staff looked stretched and many were not attentive to customers. G&T served with Sprite?? Second glass of wine never came. Staff avoided eye contact and didn't follow up when they said they would.
Checkin was good and efficient, room perfectly adequate for a family stopping on the way down france. Bar service was very slow and no chanhe for cash payment. Breakfast good and a good selection of options. Plenty of parking.

I stay here because it’s incredibly convenient. It’s by no means the best Novotel I’ve stayed in, it needs a good refreshing, but the location is excellent

The layout and design has a feeling of a low grade holiday camp from the 60’s and compared to the price I paid for the Holiday Inn Express in Reims it is far too expensive

Convenient for a quick stay but hôtel need to address odors in the rooms and halls
Room is ok but old and restaurant was actually good but expensive for what you get
Regular 1-night stopover on a drive to the Alps. Super convenient location and safe to leave a packed-up car overnight.
Restaurant service and food are a bit hit-and-miss, but fine for 1 evening after a long day of driving.
