The third room smelled heavily of smoke and was visibly unclean with abnormal amount of hair on the floor. At this point I didn’t feel safe staying there with my two younger children. When I spoke with the manager there was no apology and she would not issue a refund. She stated the nightly employee didn’t smell ammonia but documented pain chipping on light fixture. She blamed the occupied room on their faulty equipment but it was getting fixed. I am completely disappointed and will be taking this to the better business bureau. "

"Our hotel room smelled very bad with an oder like dog urine. We should have Changed rooms but arrived so late and didn’t want the extra hassle, but we do want to warn others. On the good side, The front desk staff was nice and maybe other rooms are fine. "
