### Modern architect designed home walking distance to Macmasters Beach

Flooded with natural light and clean lines this beach house is anything but your average holiday home. Designed to compliment it's native surrounds the open plan space lends itself perfectly to a simple whilst sophisticated beachside lifestyle.  
  
The main living level has a stunning kitchen with high end appliances and bespoke cabinetry. Moving out to the dining area you'll find soaring ceilings with oversized windows allowing the sunlight to flood in. The living area is superbly simple and flows out to the rear deck where summer evenings will be spent swinging in hammocks or huddled around the sandstone firepit in cooler months. The main living level has a family bathroom and laundry with additional toilet and shower.  
  
Moving upstairs you'll find a rumpus area with beanbags and TV, a great spot for the kids to hangout. Four bedrooms cleverly designed with raised beds allowing for couples or singles plus ample storage for your holiday luggage. Another family bathroom can be found on this level meaning there will never be a long queue for the shower.

The Area:  
Macmasters Beach is one of the best beaches on the Central Coast. Boasting a great right hand point break, a beach break at Tudi (off the lake mid way along the beach) and Copa point there is always a wave to enjoy. The beach is patrolled during the summer months and there is a rock pool at the southern end of the beach for the little ones. There is a kids playground just opposite the beach and the surf club has a kiosk as well as a bar that is open on Friday and Sunday nights where you will meet all the friendly locals. The beach is dog friendly from the headland heading north to just past the lagoon. Surrounded by Bouddi National Park, Macmasters is the perfect base for those looking to explore the many stunning bush walks, hidden beaches and native wildlife in the local area.
