Pets We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed. Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 7 guests with a max of 6 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
