Mackay Stadium Tours and Activities

We stayed on the 8th floor over the pool. We were not advised about the EDM concert being held pool side. It was so LOUD we could not sleep. When I contacted the resort at 11pm I was told it would go on until 1 am. I asked for a different room but was told they were sold out. Just after 2am the concert ended. I was mad and very tired. I asked for the room to be comped which they did after speaking with a manager at the front desk. My day was pretty much shot since I didn’t get much sleep. I have stayed several times at GSR and have had a few minor instances but usually enjoyed my stay. This was next level.

The ladies in reception are marvelous.
