Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good nightā€™s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotelā€™s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff.

To book through Expedia, better choose pay in advance, to pay at the front desk, there will another 5% credit cards fee. But overall, the hotel is very good, nice location to the ticket office and bus, and people are nice.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! You can hear nose fairly easily if people staying are not quiet but not much you can do to control that. There are signs to be quiet during late or early hours but some people donā€™t care lol.

Room was good. Shower was large, perfect for after trekking. Property is well located near plenty of restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Breakfast was great, served fruit, ham and cheese, pastries, choice of eggs and quinoa pancakes. Only one thing would be that the hallways are very loud, any conversation can be overheard easily, so if thats a concern for you ..

This family-run small hotel is well worth the small price I paid. The shower has large volume of hot water, and the room has heating at night. The morning breakfast has fresh fruits, scramble eggs, cheese and drinks. Henry, the Host, is very friendly and accommodating. He allows us to wait for the train in the lodge after we checked out.
