On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, a kitchen with a TV and a long dining table for all guests and a separate toilet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first and second floor. On warm days, the communal outdoor pool offers a pleasant cooling. This beautiful vacation farm is located in the characteristic hills of South Limburg and offers plenty of space to be active outside. The farm also has a large open terrace. Some cottages also have their own covered terrace.
There is a bistro on the farm where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Pets are allowed in this vacation home. For a larger group you can choose cottages HLI051 - HLI058.
Directly from this vacation home in South Limburg the possibilities for walks, bike rides and excursions are endless. Cycle to Hoensbroek Castle and the picturesque town of Valkenburg, where you can take the cable car to the Wilhelmina Tower. Visit with the children the amusement park De Valkenier. Falsche Zimmerangaben, unsauber, schlechte Ausstattung
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Nr.4 für 12 Personen. Es sollten laut Beschreibung 4 Doppelzimmer in 1. Etage und 1 Vierbettzimmer in 2. Etage sein. Tatsächlich gab es in der 1. Etage nur 3 Zimmer: 1 Doppelbettzimmer und 2 Dreibettzimmer mit Etagenbett. Da auch ältere Rentner dabei waren, war dies ein unmöglicher Zustand!! Das Vierbettzimmer in der 2. Etage existierte nicht. Es wurde wohl eine neue Trennwand gemacht und daraus 2 Doppelbettzimmer gemacht. Zimmer waren sehr eng, 2 Zimmer ohne Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeit. Sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Da sind selbst Jugendherbergen besser ausgestattet. Überall schlecht montierte Stromkabel auf den Wänden sichtbar verlegt. Wasserrohre nicht verputzt, so dass man bei heißen Rohren sich verbrennen könnte. Treppen sehr steil und unsicher. Für kleine Kinder und Rentner nicht geeignet!! Die Ausstattung der Kücje schlecht. Töpfe haben kaum passenden Deckel. Keine scharfen Küchenmesser. Kein Sieb vorhanden. Grillzange defekt. Wein- oder Biergläser nur jeweils 2 Stück vorhanden für 12 Gäste... In der Küche fehlte 1 Stuhl für 12 Gäste. Der Boden wurde wohl immer kur gefegt/gesaugt. Nie gewischt. Einmal auf Socken durchgelaufen und sie waren extrem dreckig. Heizung im Bad nicht vorhanden. Badezimmer konnte auch nicht abgeschlossen werden. Beim Checkout war niemand an der Rezeption. Alles verschlossen. Kein Ansprechpartner. Die große Ferienwohnung ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Falsche Bilder und falscher Lageplan der Zimmer.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Mooie omgeving, maar wat een slecht huis!
Zo zonde van het huis. Beetje opknappen en het is er weer prima. Nu werd er slecht schoongemaakt, heel veel schimmel in de badkamers, platgeslagen muggen op muren en plafonds, kapotte stopcontacten, smerige lichtschakelaars en het was er gewoon vies. Bovenstaande is allemaal op te lossen en dan hebben ze weer een mooi huisje waar je met plezier kan zitten. Voor nu, geen aanrader!

Prachtig gelegen appartement
De woning is enigszins oubollig, maar heel ruim en prachtig gelegen. Supermarkt op 20 minuten lopen. Helaas was het zwembad nog niet open, dat stond er niet bij. De omgeving is schitterend, je kunt er heel mooi wandelen en Duitsland en België zijn dichtbij.

Beoordeling accomodatie
Toen wij aankwamen bleek dat de woning niet door ons kon worden betrokken omdat er een lekkage moest worden verholpen. Wij kregen ter vervanging twee andere woningen aangeboden voor één nacht. De televisie deed het niet, hetgeen lastig was. De volgende dag moesten wij weer verhuizen. Ook dat vonden wij erg lastig en vervelend. Het moet gezegd worden dat de medewerksters hun best gedaan hebben om het goed te maken. Maar een aantal ongemakken konden ook zij niet verhelpen. In het grote huis waren de huiskamer en de keuken prima. Ook het toilet op de begane grond was OK. Jammer genoeg was er geen WiFi in de huiskamer. Een paar slaapkamers waren aan de kleine kant en in één kamer stond de radiator op een blokje. Die werd er dus per ongeluk afgestoten. Dat zou niet mogelijk moeten zijn bij adequaat onderhoud. De badkamer op de eerste verdieping liet nogal te wensen over. De kraan van de wastafel kon bijna niet fatsoenlijk worden dichtgedraaid en ook de druk van het water liet te wensen over.. De lichtschakelaar gaf ook nogal wat moeite met aan en uitdoen. Ook de waterdruk in de badkamer op de tweede verdieping was niet optimaal. Er is zeker sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Verder waren de foto's op de website zeer misleidend, want in werkelijkheid zag het er niet zo uit. Wij hebben dit als zeer onplezierig ervaren. Wij vinden dat je de zaken niet mooier moet voorstellen dan ze zijn. Wij betreuren het dat onze kennismaking met uw organisatie behoorlijk is tegengevallen. Ik spreek namens de hele groep. Top accommodatie op een top locatie !!!
Met de hele familie in deze accommodatie gelogeerd, heel netjes, veel ruimte, mooie omgeving om te wandelen en het dorp te verkennen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de rest van deze mooie streek!!! Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Super groot en ruim huis. Goede uitvalsbasis naar Aken en Maastricht
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. We waren met een vriendengroep van 10 en het was goed ruim en ook fijn dat er 3 toiletten waren.

Fijne woonkamer, krappe, gedateerde bad- en slaapkamers
Wij zijn in dit huis geweest voor een familieweekend. De keuken, woonkamer en omgeving zijn heel fijn. In de keuken staan 2 koelkasten (heel handig met zoveel personen), er is een grote eettafel en de bank in de woonkamer biedt ook veel ruimte. De 2 bovenverdiepingen zijn krap, wat hokkerig ingedeeld en gedateerd. De slaapkamers zijn anders ingedeeld dan vermeld op de plattegrond bij Novasol. Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 3 slaapkamers: 1 kamertje met 2 losse bedden en 2 kamers met een stapelbed en een los bed erbij. Op de tweede verdieping zijn 2 kamers met een 2-persoonsbed. Er zijn 2 badkamers. De kleinste badkamer zit achter een slaapkamer, dus dan moet je door de slaapkamer van een ander om daar te komen. Dat is niet handig en wel goed om van te voren te weten. Met zo'n groot gezelschap is het fijn dat er een toilet op de begane grond is, deze is wel wat gedateerd. De ontvangst was prima en er is meer dan voldoende parkeerruimte. Buiten ligt een geweldig zwembad: top in de zomer. We hebben fijn gebruik kunnen maken van de pingpongtafel. Achter het huis loop je zo de weilanden in: prachtige omgeving.
