Great B&B in excellent location for beach.We had room 4 which was a good size with a sea view nice comfortable bed ,en suite with shower and large smart TV. Breakfast for £5 was a steal full English

This is a very good Guest House/Hotel.

This is a very good Guest House/Hotel. Bedroom was very clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Bed very comfortable (Memory foam). My wife had the included continental breakfast and I had the full English on both days, available for only £5 extra, it was the best breakfast I have had in quite a few years. The host could not be more helpful and friendly. We will return again, when we stay in Lytham St Anne's.

This is a very good bed and breakfast. Bedroom very clean and had fridge and microwave. Bed very comfortable. Only had continental breakfast but there was plenty. Full english available for £5, looked lovely. Will use again

Nice mini break

Had a nice stay. Hosts are pleasant.Great breakfast, piping hot including plates. Situated very near the beach, good fish & chip shop around the corner. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel guests are well looked after from breakfast to bedtime Start the day with a lovely continental breakfast or for a small fee upgrade to a Full English After a hard days work or shopping trip dog walk or fun with the kids end the day in the lounge with a nice cold soft drink or beer

Fab quirky little guest house

Lovely stay. Clean, welcoming, just 10 mins from St Annes. Breakfast well worth the upgrade only £5 each. Free parking on site. Room had microwave, kettle fridge, comfortable bed lovely clean bedding n towels Diane the owner couldn't do enough. Will be coming back next year
