The property is in a central location to Luton. The property was very dirty appearing to have had no cleaning attended to it for some time. It had a strong bad odour. There was hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The equipment in the kitchen was sparce, cheap, rusty and very dirty. We could not find a clean glass to drink from in the cupboard, dried on physical dirt. There was wet dirty cloths and sponge left on kitchen top, no washing up liquid or cleaning products. Old dirty slippers in the bathroom. We arrived at the apartment very late to book into somewhere move traveling from New Zealand, so we were exhausted, plus Expedia have to give the owners 12 hours to sort out the problem before monies returned or alternative accommodation sorted. There was half a used small amount of toilet roll left, one towel for each and the stay was for 10 days. The bathroom plug became permanently stuck rendering another call to owner. The owner contacted us, very pleasant, he cleaned a bit better, I still had to put everything through dishwasher, areas still very poor. This apartment is not what the description states and was the worst place I have ever booked, thank goodness other places stayed were excellent.
