"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Sie liegt zentral. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Realität. Wir wollten ursprünglich zu viert anreisen. Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an....

"Für uns war die Ferienwohnung genau das richtige. Die getrennten Schlafzimmer ( Wohnzimmer) bieten genug Platz,so dass wir auch zu fünft in Ruhe schlafen und die Erwachsenen noch den Abend genießen konnten. Das Badezimmer ist super schick und modern und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet,so dass wir alle Mahlzeiten gut zubereiten und essen konnten. Sehr praktisch waren Vorräte von Kaffee, Olivenöl etc. so dass wir nicht alles neu besorgen mussten. Die Spielsachen waren toll für unseren jüngsten....

"Das Ferienhaus hat viel Platz mit 5 geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem großen Wohn/Esszimmer. Die Begrüßung und Einführung in das Haus war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und sehr farbenfroh, das hat zur guten Stimmung in der Gruppe beigetragen, vor allem die Tür zum Wellnessbereich, die wohl von der Enterprise ausgebaut worden ist. "Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."

"This is my go-to hotel when I am in Karlsruhe for business. The location works well, the restaurant is good, and the cigar bar is a nice touch. The staff is generally friendly and professional. The spa area is one of the highlights: spacious, clean, with a nice bar, a solid pool, and especially excellent saunas. That part of the hotel feels well maintained and thoughtfully designed. However, the rooms are a completely different story. Some of the single rooms feel extremely outdated, almost like a small guesthouse from decades ago. The design, furniture, and overall atmosphere do not match the standard suggested by the common areas. Even the suites, while better, are still clearly dated. It honestly feels like two separate worlds: modern public spaces and spa versus rooms that have not kept up with the same standard. If you book here, pay close attention to the room category. The difference is significant. And if you expect a more modern or premium room, be prepared for rates above €200 per night. Overall, a good business hotel with strong facilities, but the room quality is inconsistent and does not fully align with the rest of the property."
