The apartment is located in the historic center of Lucca, has a spacious bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a large living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen with a small table, a double bedroom, a storage room, and a very large bathroom with a shower and a small service bathroom. It is located in a pedestrian area on the second floor of a historic building, accessible by a staircase with about 40 steps. The entrance door is on the central Via Fillungo, the main street where you will find shops of all kinds and all services. The nearest parking is in Piazza Santa Maria, about 100 meters away, and the cost is €20/day. In the apartment, you will find a washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, mosquito nets, television. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, plates and bowls, kitchen utensils.
