Calling all Red Raiders and visitors! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the highly sought-after Tech Terrace neighborhood is the perfect base for all things Texas Tech. Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed, this space combines modern comfort with a convenient location to make your stay in Lubbock seamless and enjoyable. INSIDE THE HOME Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, nightstands with bedside lamps, and ample storage, including closets and dressers. Living Room: Relax on the cozy sofa while enjoying the 65" smart TV. Please use your own streaming logins. The sofa can also accommodate one extra guest—let us know in advance, and we'll provide additional bedding.
