Pool is open May- Aug, maybe longer depending on temperature. Just 4 miles down Quaker Avenue to Texas Tech University and 4 miles to Lubbock Christian University on Loop 289\. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this gorgeous property offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy the convenience of home with amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, along with the pool and hot tub. Experience that peaceful, easy feeling of Lubbock at our house. We are close to many fine dining experiences, such as Texas Roadhouse, Chuy's, BJ's, Cheesecake Factory, Uncle Julio's, Rudy's BBQ. Amenities include Central Heat/AC Unit, Pool(open end of May through August), Hot Tub(open year round), Roku TV, fully private backyard, outdoor table and chairs, pool chairs, bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, gas/pellet grill, grill utensils, ceiling fans, oven/stove, coffee maker, coffee cups, toaster, can opener, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, bowls, silverware, dining table, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, 2 car garage, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. Come stay with us and enjoy a restful time in our comfortable home. This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features three new bed sets, high quality couches a 65-inch TV with Netflix access in the living room. Fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a propane and pellet grill adds to your stay! In addition, enjoy your time on the covered patio or in the pool or hot tub. Pool available end of May-August. Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom has a King bed and its own personal gas fireplace. The remaining bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well bedroom lamps, sturdy nightstands, closets with hangers, and dressers for clothes storage. The living room features plenty of seating with a large comfy new couch sectional and two additional accent chairs. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV that allows guests to stream all their favorite shows. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. The dining area has a table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by. The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. The pool is available to use from the end of May-August by guests and is taken well care of. The hot tub is available for use year round. Just off the pool area is a covered outdoor dining area complete with a propane and pellet grill. Propane is provided but you will need to provide your own pellets if you plan on using that portion of the grill. This property is not pet friendly. Please make alternative plans for your pets. There will be no exceptions for this. If you are caught violating this house rule, you will be responsible for additional fees and for any damage or additional cleaning required. \*\* Pool & Hot Tub Disclosure - There is a private pool and Hot Tub on this property. It’s clean, comfortable, relaxing, and so much more! The host is amazing and on top of everything!! If I had one suggestion it would be to have more kitchen items. For example: mixing bowls, hand mixer, potato masher, dish towels, and dish cloths. This is the only house we will be staying when we go to visit our daughter!!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware/dishes, the hot tub was so nice to come home to after a long day visiting with daughter at Tech. Great location too!
