"I just needed a place for the night with my kids while passing through. Staff was friendly! I felt safe. Bathroom has a vent (not all hotels do). I felt no humidity! Which was so nice not to have clammy sheets like the other others I had been staying in. They did not have a breakfast but that's ok for the price I paid. I will stay there again!"

"Two nights was not long enough. This cottage is peaceful, quiet, clean, comfortable. Nothing fancy, but well appointed with modern appliances and good AC. Perfect for relaxing on the porch, viewing the lake, enjoying coffee, conversing, reading and just enjoying the down time. Shanna's directions were very accurate. Mileage from Hwy80 to the cottage is 10.2. It seemed longer driving through beautiful farmlands. Loved our time there. Note: buy groceries prior to arriving."
