We loved being able to meander around and pet the horses just like at home so it gave us that familiar feeling. Steve and Nance are MORE than accommodating and friendly and everything is WONDERFUL there. Our only complaint, and it has to do with us and our age, was the mattress. « Property was great! The only issue is/was the yellow discolored water. Saw a comment in the guest book from August with the same mention about the water. We bought bottled water to drink and made new ice. Powell is a quaint, welcoming town - ate and shopped at local owned places - even got to see the Christmas Cowboys riding horses thru the neighborhood! Thank you for sharing your property. »

« We had 4 couples and 2 children stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Couldn't have asked for a better setup for us. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook all of our meals. Table seating was plentiful and the overall rustic cabin theme was right up our alley. Both the owner and property manager communicated extremely well and often. Will definitely look at the place for our future needs. »

« We booked the stay and recieved all of the confirmation emails like we should. Had it scheduled and got a message to contact the owner prior to getting there so we could get instruction son how to get in. Took a few tries to get the owner but when we did we found out the owner had no idea we were staying there and the house had been closed and winterized.
