Completely renovated, this accommodation can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto an air-conditioned living room for sharing convivial moments in all seasons. The accommodation is located upstairs and is accessible via an external staircase. You will have a private parking space, and additional parking is available right in front of the cottage. All local shops are within walking distance: a bakery, a mini-market, cafes, and restaurants, to make your stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Louverné is an ideal starting point for a mix of relaxation and discovery. You can stroll around Lac de la Pincenardière in Laval, enjoy the banks of the Mayenne for beautiful nature walks, stroll through the magnificent Jardin de la Perrine, or visit the Château de Laval museum and the picturesque streets of the old town. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or for a business trip, this cottage is perfect for a relaxing stay, combining modern comforts with local charm.
