Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Lourdes. At first locality is great. Really closed to the railway station. You have a very nice view on the city. Very friendly staff. And professional. Rooms are basic but very very clean for very good price. Very good condition for this price.

The building was newly renovated/painted with a nice color. The closet in the room assigned to us was missing a door. The shower was half enclosed; so, we had difficulty in adjusting our positions when taking a shower that water won’t splash outside. We made it anyway! The cleaning lady assigned to us was very helpful and did the cleaning very well. The front desk clerks were very professional with their jobs, which was fast check in and out. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Merci

Room was very clean with a huge bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very near the train station, extremely convenient. Definitely walkable to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes & the Grotto. The area has limited restaurants so if you walked about 15 minutes, you have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the room had no fridge but the staff was hospitable to provide ice or hot water if you asked them. They even helped me to freeze my ice pack for me. There’s no air conditioning, we open the window for fresh air & & a lovely view. It can get quite noisy at night as there’s a pub across the hotel. Check in & check out was easy & there’s an elevator for your convenience. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Hotel Tres Bien

This place was so adorable and perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and shiny. Since the AC is operated by the manager, we were able to have our window open due to cold weather. I wish I got his name, but the older man during night shift was very sweet and helpful. Although the top main shower head was not working, we were able to mess with the settings to have the water come out of the second attachment instead. The bathroom was very roomy and it was just what we needed for a 2 night stay in Lourdes. Definitely will stay here again!

Hôtel très propre et proche de la gare

L'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre est propre, très proche de la gare et malgré tout sans bruit lié au train. L'accès au sanctuaire de Lourdes est rapide en une dizaine de minutes à pied. Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de Lourdes. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Fue terrible, ya que olvidamos unos recuerdos, ante todo una imagen de la Virgen de Lourdes, a pesar de regresar en un tiempo oportuno no la entregaron, me permiti revisar descarte de residuos, estaban todos los emitidos, pero negaron haber visto la imagen, (prácticamente se robaron la imagen). A pesar que se observó que la atención es de familia.

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre prête à mon arrivée. État de la chambre excellent. Tarif très attractif durant la période estivale et surtout lors de la fête de l'assomption. Je choisis toujours cet hôtel depuis quelques années.
