We had a group of three couples and it was the perfect set up for us. We loved the special amenities—hot tub, fire pit, poker table. The entire house was so well organized. There were small things throughout that made it clear how much the owners have given thought and planning to being good hosts (I.e.: towels for hot tub right next to door leading outside). The location is good to traveling to different areas of Kentucky’s bourbon trails. Close to many, not far from any. We really enjoyed the basement - pool table and poker table room. We spent a lot of time playing games and visiting here. There was space for all of us to find our spot. The neighborhood was nice and friendly. We found this convenient to run to Louisiville (30 min), Frankfort (35 min) and Cincy (90 min). The upstairs was a bit warm so we turned the AC down but the 1st floor and basement were really cold. There were lots of amenities. Communication was great with the host. Three full baths was also nice for 5 adults. With the heat during our stay, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor spaces as much. We highly recommend this place. ##### Ben S. She always responded within 5-10 minutes when messaging her. We had a smsll issue with the hot tub and she sent a repairman and within a few hours it was fixed.
