Lake view from two of the four bedrooms. Perfect for bird watching. Guist Creek Lake is a great kayaking and fishing lake. Patio off the main living room with patio table and chairs. Two comfortable living room spaces with smart TVs, games, and books. Beautiful sunroom overlooking the lake. Nice patio space. It was the perfect location in the middle of Lexington and Louisville which is where we went for all of our tastings. The home had all of our basic essentials that we needed for our stay and was very clean and well kept. The home is situated on a small lake in a nice neighborhood only 30-40mins from Louisville and 60mins to Bardstown. We found the location a nice place to base our Bourbon Trail trip from and retire to in the evening. The home was spotless upon check-in, had comfortable beds, and great water pressure; it matched the listing perfectly. We did not use much of the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you would need to prepare coffee, a meal, etc. There is also a grill onsite with a small area for a bonfire. ##### Joseph T.
