The breakfast is a proper breakfast with scrambled eggs and some Mexican dishes, and the hotel also offers coffee and snacks throughout the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and a couple of the clerks as well as some of the other staff spoke at least some English. Staff were helpful. Parking is limited. The room was a standard and the bed was really hard but it was clean. Noise between rooms is poor. After several hours of listening to the couple in the room next door going at it we had to request a quieter space. Old and stained towels, bathroom was not the best and the sheets had some stains. The elevator wasn’t even wiped clean. Our room didn’t have WiFi connection which was awful. The redeeming qualities were the view from the pool upstairs and the friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but this kid kept coughing so I didn’t want to eat. Overall, they are much better places to stay. The property location was the main issue, a little too far from town. It's possible to take the public bus going to town but upon your return you must get Uber, there's no way to cross the road specially at night. On our third day, there was a major plumbing problem, there was no hot water and we were moved to another property free of charge. It was inconvenient to pack and wait for the manager to take us to the other property. I realize that this problem was out of their control, I think they did the best to make us feel comfortable. The actual room was clean, spacious and had AC working. The TV screen was small and mostly Spanish channels with only CNN in English. The breakfast offered some Mexican breakfast that we did not care for, we simply enjoyed the fruit. I was expecting to see a restaurant at the property but there's none.
