Only negatives are street parking only, and Windward Ave can be kind of loud until late night as it is a cut through street from one of the main roads (Abbott Kinney) to the beach. Flip side to that is that you are super close to excellent dining/shopping/coffee/cocktails in one direction, and to the beach in the other direction!
