  • Industrial style studio with 11' high ceilings, concrete floors, tons of windows and an oasis front yard to enjoy the Cali lifestyle. Be within walking distance to LA best by the beach- 5min to the boardwalk, Abbott Kinney blvd, 10min to the Venice Canals and 15min from Rose ave ! Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !
    Note we have security cameras around the house but none inside for privacy reasons...
