However..the walls are paper thin and it was incredibly noisy when the neighbors left and came home from the bar. The garage did not fit our SUV so a heads up on that would have been appreciated as the garage parking was a large portion of why we rented the space. To not get good sleep and to not have parking, the cost seemed high. The surrounding area was a little rough but that's probably just Hollywood. The positives - the location was very walkable to the stars and Ripley's. And you could tell the host makes every effort to provide a clean space and easy check-in. However, for guests who do not know the area If you are sensitive to seeing homeless people pretty close to block where condo is located condo location may be an issue. It is close to numerous places which is great. There are only two things I would say need improvement. #1 quality of some of the bath towels were poor. I just ended up purchasing my own during the stay. #2 is in reference the walls in the home. They could use a fresh coat of paint due to the scuff marks from previous visitors.
