"My previous stays were much better than this stay. First Hotel employee that I talked to over the phone, was very abrupt and unfriendly. When I arrived, I also found another unfriendly employee. I really should have not stayed there the third time. I went online to book it. When I came to check in the third employee that I checked in with was finally a nice friendly attendant. He told me everything I needed to know. The last employee that I had interaction with was also at the front desk. I was asking for water. He was telling me there was only water for purchase. I have never been to a hotel, but only has water for purchase. That should be a right that you can have water without purchasing. I said I don’t like to have to pay for water. He said I don’t either and pointed to the drinking fountain in the pool area. I was really thirsty so I went to drink out of that fountain that was old and dirty and had warm water, but I thought at least there’s that. On my way back to my room I saw a very small indoor gym. I went in to check it out and there was water. Nice cold filtered water. Why did the employee not tell me about that when I asked. I got a nice little cup of cold water and got on the treadmill. It also was kind of old and dirty, but at least it worked. As I was walking on that treadmill, I could see to the front office and was really disappointed. How a simple question to ask for water, even when the employee could see to the cold gym water he told me only warm pool water"

"This is a unique and very nice property. They have a ton of extras on property. The rooms are nice but as a small suggestion, some type of counters pace or top in the bathroom would be helpful and there's room. Also a reconfiguring of the shower . It would be great for a large group traveling together with everything they have to offer. The location is also great."
