The biggest problem we had were the stairs to the bedroom, and if you have to use the bathroom you will be using them to descend from the loft beds. They are very narrow very steep and the bannister has come loose. "We loved our stay! The Gite is really quaint and with lots of room for a large family. The beds were really comfortable and it’s a very quiet location. Our dog absolutely loved it too with a huge garden to roam around. Just a few meters and you are at the top of the cliffs. What a view!! So beautiful. Isabelle was the perfect host and gave us lots of tips as well as some yummy local produce. We even had some bikes we could use to pop down to the boulangerie. "We had a really good stay and found the accommodation extremely good with the single exception of parking - this is complicated and not free (unless you want a 20 minute walk to your car) but, given how central it is, close to the square, shops and restaurants, this wasn't a problem. There are lots of great walks and a trip on the railway is a must! The owners have prepared a very detailed and comprehensive set of guides, so everyone will find something they like. Highly recommended."

"Very good stay in St Valery. The cottage was well situated, just a short walk along the river to everything. The peace was only broken by the train at the end of the garden and a seal having his breakfast outside one morning! "While this property had many good points there was one bad point which is a big problem. Veronique and her husband were very good hosts. They let us check in early. The hot tub was great. The beds were comfortable. Great location for the beach. Bikes to use to cycle to town just 5-10 minutes. Small but well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge. "This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."
