"I visited during the off season, when Hotel Melissa was one of the few places to stay in the area. There is very little to do or see in Torre Melissa, but the weather was lovely and warm, the beach is beautiful and completely empty. The air conditioning in the room was barely functional and it got very hot and humid at night. The location is like a demilitarized zone and is not even close to the location as shown on the site.
