They actually had to shut off the water from 11:30pm through noon the next day but Pam was helpful, friendly, efficient at relaying info to get a refund, and she kept her cool while providing solutions. I know stuff happens and won’t give a bad review for unexpected problems, but Pan was a shining star of grace and customer service in spite of the issues she was spearheading.
