### Spacious 2 bedroom house in Putney

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a baby cot. Closely located to Priests Bridge bus station a mere 6 min walk from the flat. Enjoy the local bars and restaurants in the area all within walking distance from the flat. Stroll along the Putney bridge overlooking the Thames River. Wonder around Fulham Palace, admire the gardens and visit the historic house, which was the home of the bishops of London for over 1300 years.  
  
Other things to note:  
Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.  
  
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.  
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.  
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.  
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.  
  
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.  
  
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.  
A penalty fee of £150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.

#### Décevant

Location décevante pas vraiment conforme aux photos. L'annonce évoquait une maison quand on est arrivé il s'agissait d'un morceau de maison. Notre location était à l'étage. Déception du quartier avec logement sociaux, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème et avons pu garer notre véhicule toute la semaine. Les chambres sont petites et le mobilier bas de gamme et vétuste. La salle de bain laisse à désirer. Pas de chauffage durant notre séjour. Des traces d'humidités et moisis au plafond. Draps et serviettes de toilette nickel. Ca a fait l'affaire pour dormir et se laver mais une grosse déception de cette location.
