Spacious, clean room in a great location close to Canada Life Place and Covent Market. It is a small lobby entrance area but the rooms make up for it. The parking is underground and paid. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a very contemporary style. The staff cares about the customer. We were running late and received a call making sure we understood that the front desk staff left at 11:00pm. Thought that was above and beyond customer service.

Location was perfect for us seeing a concert at Canada life place, we enjoyed Covent market and walked to a couple of wonderful restaurants nearby. Access code system to get into hotel and your room after hours was easy and convenient. My kids loved the candy bar at reception and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste we had forgotten at home. If we ever have to go back to London, we would book here again!

Wonderful little hotel. Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Cannot beat it for the price. Parking is a bit expensive, but there are many other options in the area.

The staff were amazing… that’s what’s floating this place but a hotel can’t live on great staff alone. Small details like, shower curtain needed replacing or a deep cleaning. Our door didn’t shut properly (and thus lock) unless you gave it a couple good pushes (then double check it worked). The floors where loud - you could hear people above and it was clear they where not in shoes, plus the halls where loud too, like the impact on the subfloor under the carpet. Fabulous location and a kind, friendly charm to the hotel. I would likely come back if the price felt like it matched the 3.5 star quality.

Great vibe, great value, nice amenities. Expected a curtain in the room with the open tub and there was none, that wasn’t my thing. Particularly as was staying with a family member, not as a couple. That was a problem we had to work around. Not a fan of that layout style. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

We had an amazing room, tall ceilings, very modern and clean. The staff was excellent. underground overnight parking is additional, but it was easy to find with great instructions from staff. excellent value for what we got. I would definitely stay here again.
