The property provides parking (at nominal fee), great wifi, and has a restaurant on site if you do not want to cook in your apartment kitchenette. Overall it is relatively quiet, except if you have neighbors who watch TV very loud... There was just not enough soundproofing for that... I would recommend this apartment complex for sure if...

"This was a very nice property located on the waterfront. Exceptional value. Off-season so very little open in the area. I may have been the only guest in the hotel that night. This would be a great location in summer for regional water activities. The Festival of Sant' Antonio happened to be starting the same day I was there. The burning of the tree was right next to the hotel The town's people were friendly and shared wine and pastries"

"Don’t arrive when school is letting out. Parking impossible. With hotel help, finally got parking by door, but only 2 spots for small cars. Room 10 elevator plus one flight stairs. Great balcony.
