Lots of rooms and space inside and out to kick back and relax and enjoy the AMAZING views in all directions! You’ll feel like you are in a European village as you soak in the views and explore all Logan has to offer! Walking distance to the downtown area with shops and great restaurants! The Logan Temple is just steps out the back door and within day trip drives to skiing, hiking, floating, fishing and nearby cities such as Brigham City, Tremonton, Preston, Ogden and Salt Lake! Walk or bring your bikes to tour the Boulevard and nearby campus of Utah State University! We feel the city and the property management company needed to be communicating and have this scheduled so as not to interfere with VRBO business. Our two main days we were told we could not use the water, flush the toilets, use the showers, do laundry, cook with water, or wash hands from 8:00 in the morning until 5 PM. Obviously this was not conducive to our group stay where we were gathered as siblings and older people from out of town needing to stay put and stay gathered, we had to leave the premises. It also seemed that the property management company had not handled the broken sprinklers or the weeding. It looked dead and shabby. The house on the inside was cute and vintage looking. I’ve communicated with the owner and she says they have since fixed the sprinklers. She was very helpful before we arrived making sure our disabled family member could preview the premises to make sure it would work for us. I feel the problems we had were not the fault of the owner. Rather the less then efficient job of the Property Management, which would be over the communicating with the City and the Gardener. I mean if you’re not going to groom the yard & patio, by say putting fresh potted flowers at the door step, just remove the dead potted plants. The VRBO site didn’t always make it easy to communicate. Thankfully owner did. ##### Rozanne C. Our family gathered together in this lovely home for a few days. It quickly started feeling like a safe haven. We enjoyed many meals around the comfortable tables, watched storms roll across the valley from beautiful sitting rooms, and had a perfect weekend. The house has lots of old charm, and is a stately grand dame of a home. It is within walking distance of downtown and the university. The house has the feel of an older home but is immaculate and very well-maintained indoors and out. All appliances and TVs worked well and there was lots of gathering space, kitchen supplies, and amenities for our extended family to enjoy. Theater room downstairs was a bonus we hadn’t expected but was lots of fun. Located very convenient to USU campus, Logan Temple, and downtown. Highly recommend. ##### Gary S.
