The perfect house in the perfect location! There are views of the lake from the upper floor, and spacious grassy yard. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park. Easy access to Bear Lake State Park and Marina, Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Two family rooms and large yard area give you plenty of room to hang out.

The kitchen table seats 8 as well as the dining room table. Two picnic tables on the deck and patio furniture provide comfort and space for dining.

The yard is a a full lush lawn. Enjoy the volleyball net, badminton, bocce ball, or relax around the gas fire pit and roast marshmallows. Free super fast WiFi, DISH TV.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The children loved the air hockey game. Also the backyard for outside games and watching the 4th of July fireworks at the park. The hot tub was a hit. It was roomy and enough sitting places for large family meals. We really enjoyed staying here... wished some of the upstairs rooms were cooler... other than that wonderful... five stars. *****

Great for big families

We had 22 people stay at this home comfortably. The basement was perfect for all the kids. Kitchen and living room were a little small for the group but there is plenty of outdoor seating and space. Kitchen was well-equipped and I love that there were two bathrooms side by side near the bedrooms; no one ever had to wait for a shower. Kids never got tired of the air hockey table or hot tub. Great property for our family reunion.

Bijou Family Getaway

The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is great! We enjoyed spending time at the local beaches! The home is very comfortable with 2 nice family rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Great views from the back deck and patio. Time around the gas fire pit with family was very nice!

Perfect place

This property was the perfect companion to another in the SnowMeadows subdivision. It was clean and well taken care of. Mike communicated often and was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

Host was great to work with

The property was well maintained and accommodated our family reunion of 28 people well. The host was very kind and easy to work with. A family member had some car problems on the way to the reunion. They needed to get some parts and tools to repair the car after arriving. We didn't know of any local automotive shops, so we asked Mike the host. He was very helpful and recommended a place to go to buy the parts. He was also very flexible with our checkout time, which was extremely helpful with the car situation.

Family Reunion House

This was a great property for our family reunion. The yard was a bit smaller that we expected from the photos, but it worked out great! We were able to accommodate most of our family members at the house. We were able to navigate the no street parking, but it is something to be aware of when you are booking. We fit three cars in the garage and another six cars/trucks in the driveway and on the gravel strip down the side of the house. We would definitely come back for another reunion!

The house was exactly as advertised. The home was large and spacious. Plenty of room, beds, and seating. We made a few requests and the owner was very responsive. Close to the lake. The deer behind the house was fun for the kids. We would love to come back again.

BearLake 2023

Mike was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We loved the fire pit, hot tub, and net in the backyard. The temperature of the home was perfect throughout our entire stay. Kids loved the air hockey and foos ball table. We were a little disappointed in how the pictures portrayed the outside of the home and how it really was. The inside of the home was not as conducive to our large group as others we have rented in the past. The floor plan is just choppy and dark. Probably my biggest concern was the towel situation. Maybe through fault of our own by not having teenagers claim their own towel, but I felt that there just were not enough towels stocked in the house. Towels were wet on the floor because of lack of towel bars or places to hang. As a result, I felt that I was washing towels the entire time there. The downstairs bathroom was locked for the first day of our stay until we found a key. I guess I would suggest that that not happen as we early on concluded that there was not a bathroom downstairs for 8 guests. Overall, however, we all had fun!

Perfect place for a large group

We held a family reunion here with 27 people (about half of them children). The space worked perfectly for us and the location is great. The house is clean and beautiful. The host was extremely helpful when we had an issue and needed a little flexibility with the checkout time.
