Our 5-star thatched-roof house, newly built in 2021, offers a living area of approximately 135 m² spread over two floors, featuring a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen and a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers, an additional guest restroom, a small relaxation area, and a sauna area. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and insect screens. Thanks to the generous windows, you can enjoy nature right from inside the house!

On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living-dining area with an open kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with high-quality built-in appliances and all the necessary utensils for cooking and baking together. In the living area, with its cozy seating nook and fireplace, you can wind down your evenings together with a glass of wine. The dining area offers a stunning view of the beautiful garden and the adjacent pine forest. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with two comfortable single beds and an internet-enabled satellite TV, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in rain shower across from it.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, with high-quality double beds that ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with an internet-enabled satellite TV. Upon your arrival, the beds will of course be made, and towels (initial supply) will be ready for you. You’ll also find a separate restroom and a wellness bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a premium sauna. The exclusive KLAFS sauna, made of hemlock wood with multicoloured “Sunset” lighting and a Bluetooth audio system, transforms cool fall and winter days into a unique wellness experience.

The house offers free Wi-Fi access and Ethernet connections in all rooms, as well as a Bluetooth sound system through which you can play your own music or radio stations via a smartphone app. Motion sensors in the hallways and the entrance area provide added convenience. In addition, there is a built-in safe where you can securely store your valuables. We’ve also got the little ones covered: a crib, high chair, children’s dishes and cutlery, as well as toys and books are available.

The large, south-facing Bangkirai terrace, equipped with a large garden table seating six and a patio umbrella, invites you to relax and unwind. For cozy barbecue evenings, there’s a natural stone grill station. To help you relax, the large property also features a beach chair, lounge chairs, and sun loungers. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house. You can securely and conveniently lock your bicycles to the designated bike racks or store them in the utility room. There you’ll also find a washer and dryer, as well as a clothes rack.
