At Villa de la Baie, a modern single-family house, you will enjoy a private 300 m2 fenced property with a lawn, wildlife garden, and a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 m, available seasonally from May 1st to September 23rd). The house also features amenities such as a table tennis and table football setup. With ample parking for 2 cars on the premises, you can easily access nearby shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and the sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs" within a short distance. This vacation rental offers a convenient base for exploring the area, with nearby attractions and activities at your fingertips.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a private, fenced 300 m2 outdoor area with a well-maintained lawn and a wildlife garden, providing a serene and natural setting for your vacation rental. Guests can take advantage of the heated swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters, which is available during the peak season from May 1st to September 23rd. The outdoor space offers ample room for relaxation, outdoor dining, and enjoying the pleasant surroundings.

You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 180 square meters across two levels. The layout features a bright and comfortable living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes), a dining table, and access to a terrace. The living area is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, and a DVD player. On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower, as well as a separate WC. The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed (one 160 cm and one 140 cm), and private showers. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a separate WC, a double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bathtub.

The villa is well-appointed with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Outdoor amenities include a terrace with furniture, a portable barbecue, and nine deck chairs, offering stunning views of the sea.
