« J'ai pensé réserver une chambre d'hôtel à Madrid alors que l'hôtel se trouvait à 3 h de route . Vu que mon vol retour était pour le 01 mars 2025 sur Paris, je ne pouvais pas m'éloigner. Eu égard à cette situation, j'ai sollicité un remboursement, même en gardant une pénalité ! Rien à faire. J'ai perdu 75 euros dans l'eau. »

« Je suis déçue. Pas au niveau d'un hôtel Mariott de 4 étoiles. Manque d'entretien. L'hôtel extérieur n'est pas accueillant. L'intérieur est sombre. La chambre est petite. Pas de bar, bien qu'il soit indiqué que celui-ci était ouvert de 20h à 23h! Je n'avais pas envie d'y revenir. »
