The rooms were amazing and the staff could not have been friendlier. Felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Only disappointment was learning we had to pay for parking when we left.

Stayed for birthday celebrations. Had a surprise upgrade when we checked in and a treat in the room, which was lovely. Hotel room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and was a peaceful stay. Breakfast the next morning was really nice. Choice of cooked and continental with something to suit everyone! Will definitely stay again!

An absolutely stunning room with every comfort - one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was conveniently located for my work event at the Albert Dock but it is a bit further out from the city centre.

The Titanic hotel was excellent and the decor and ambience is brilliant. Rooms are superb with huge bathrooms. Breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Zoe on reception was amazing nothing was too much trouble, Iā€™d phoned prior to going to the hotel with a query and she dealt with it straight away. Also the young guy and another gentleman were really helpful when our tv wasnā€™t working, they promptly sorted another room for us, which was more spacious. Loved our stay will definitely be back.

Lovely overnight stay. Staff very helpful. Parking on site which is great. Spa lovely and relaxing! Brilliant breakfast. Had a couple of drinks in the bar, again, staff were lovely and drinks were tasty! Highly recommended.
