It features a hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, games room, cinema room and tennis court, all private to you and your guests, and is 10 miles from the beach at Looe. Perfect for family celebrations, stag and hen parties! Wander into this magnificent property to discover boutique hotel-style accommodation featuring every comfort you might require. Head through to the kitchen to prepare hearty feasts and celebratory meals for your family or friends then call everyone to gather in the dining room. Light the wood burner in the lounge as you watch the Smart TV or choose a film to enjoy in the movie room. Challenge each other to table tennis in the games room or sing your hearts out on the Karaoke machine. There is also a WC and a utility room downstairs. Head up to the first floor to select a book from the library on the landing. Your bedrooms and bathrooms are also up here. All the bedrooms are super-king-size and four can also be made up as twins if discussed at booking.
