Upstairs, you’ll discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two of which boast en-suite facilities, along with a marble-clad family bathroom featuring a free-standing bath. The largest bedroom, a super-king-size, includes its own wonderful balcony. A separate annexe houses a final bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as either a twin or super-king-size, as well as its own en-suite shower room and a games room with both pool and table tennis. Outside, the enclosed wrap-around garden, featuring a spacious lawn, patio, and hot tub, provides the perfect space to relax. The property provides private parking for five cars. At the head of the Looe River Valley, in the heart of South East Cornwall, the market town of Liskeard (2 miles) serves as an excellent base for exploring the Cornish countryside, acting as the gateway to both the moors and the coast, with picturesque routes stretching out in every direction. For a fun-filled family day out, visit Adrenalin Quarry (5 miles away), where you can zip line across this former quarry, swim in the turquoise waters below, and try freshwater coasteering.
