Guests have full access to the apartment.

Our commitment:

Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the Directorate General of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended proportions to ensure greater safety for everyone.

Check-In - Check-in will continue to be in person so that we can provide all the support our guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our standard first-day amenities, you will also find masks for your first day. We also offer these and other products at cost for added safety.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests didn’t seem sufficient at this time, so we’re going the extra mile and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you’d rather not use the online tools available, our “Fill Your Fridge” service lets you arrive to find whatever you want in the fridge, courtesy of our local partners, so you can avoid unnecessary travel. Please contact us for more information. We also offer transportation services from the airport to any destination in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation easier and more comfortable.

*COVID-19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber allows users to request a COVID-19 test through its app.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal’s leading laboratories.

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their own home to take a COVID-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location, wearing personal protective equipment, to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two COVID-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR testing and rapid antigen testing. The PCR test costs 125€ with results delivered within 24 hours after collection. The antigen test—which has lower sensitivity but provides faster results (results available in 15 minutes)—costs 50€ and delivers results within 4 hours after collection.
Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM are subject to a late check-in fee of 25.00 EUR. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM are subject to a late check-in fee of 40.00 EUR.

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day.
