Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage is located in the third floor of a beautiful building, provided with elevador, in Rua Ivens, benefiting from a privileged location close to the busy lifestyle that is super caractheristic of the Chiado neighbourhood, but at the same time allowing you to be peacefully away from it. This One Bedroom luxurious apartment is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxed time after discovering Lisbon, with living room, a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful balcony sided to the street, with a wonderful square where the National Arts Academy is located, right at your door. For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. The street is really very quiet, in such a busy part of Lisbon. Joao the property manager was excellent getting us in and explaining things, and we treated it like a luxurious home for our five nights. The AC was wonderful, although we loved keeping the doors open to the little patio. Both of us got some real mosquito bites, so we tended to keep the bedroom doors closed when sleeping! I think the coffee machine could be upgraded but I tended to go to the corner up the street and get an excellent cappuccino and pastel de nata each morning. We spent 6 nights at Nomad Flats and were not disappointed. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The elevator was a bonus after walking the hills of Lisbon all day. Check-in was great, and when we had any questions the response was timely.
