- Experience the warmth and charm of our 5 bedroom, 3 bath classic 1930's beach front home. Charlie's Place was completely renovated in 1999, restoring the original knotty pine paneling and wood floors. Walk from the living room to the spacious beach front deck with only a few steps to the sand. Let the kids play on the beach under your watchful eye while you enjoy your favorite book from the comfort of indoors. Witness the brilliant colors of a majestic sunset or the power of waves crashing during a winter storm...all available at Charlie's Place!

• Entry level of home: Ocean facing Queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area with flat screen TV, fireplace and door out to ocean facing two, tiered deck
• Second floor: Two ocean facing King bedrooms, ocean facing Queen bedroom, full bathroom, and washer and dryer.
• Lower level: Bunkroom (3 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 6), full bath, tv area with a fireplace, & access to the yard & beach
