The Space:

The sound of winter waves sets the rhythm here, rolling steadily just beyond the windows as you warm up indoors by the electric fireplace. Coastal air drifts across the deck, steam rising from the hot tub while gray-blue horizons stretch across the Pacific. Mornings unfold slowly with coffee and ocean views, and evenings settle into quiet, fire-lit calm.



This entire rental unit is a single-level oceanfront studio designed for two guests. The open layout brings the living area, sleeping space, and dining nook together in one comfortable room, all oriented toward the water. A queen bed anchors the sleeping area, remaining seamlessly integrated into the studio layout for an easy, uncluttered flow.



Living and comfort

Central heating and an electric fireplace keep the space inviting during cooler coastal months. You can unwind with TV entertainment, stay connected with wifi and an ethernet connection, or settle into focused time at the dedicated workspace located within the studio’s shared living area. Extra pillows and blankets add comfort for restful nights.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen faces the ocean, keeping views front and center as you prepare meals. It’s a full kitchen designed for cooking your own meals, paired with a dining table for two that’s ideal for slow breakfasts or quiet dinners in while watching the surf.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio features a queen bed with bed linens and added pillows and blankets. The open-plan design keeps the sleeping space connected to the living area, reinforcing the studio-style experience throughout the stay.



Bathroom essentials

A full bathroom with a standing shower offers a comfortable place to refresh after beach walks or a long soak in the hot tub. Bathroom essentials are provided.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio or balcony to experience the coast year-round. The private hot tub is available in every season, making winter evenings especially memorable as waves crash nearby. Outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ extend the living space outside when weather allows.



Location and access

Set directly on the waterfront, the property offers private beach access so you can walk straight from the building to the sand. A private entrance, free parking on the premises, and free street parking make arrivals simple. This is a no-pet home, well suited for couples seeking a peaceful beachfront stay centered on ocean views and direct beach access.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
