The main entry level of this home boasts a bright open floor plan consisting of a lovely living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and spacious kitchen with ample counter space perfect for all cooking needs! Half bath & laundry room are also on the main level for your convenience!
Located upstairs are the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms ! The master suite has a queen size bed, guest room has a full-size bed while the third bedroom has two bunkbeds
Located above the garage is a very comfy TV/game (The Fox Hole) room that the kids will just love !

Great place to stay for our family trip to Lincoln City! We loved the easy walk to the beach and neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and all the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

Great spring destination
The house was great, nice walk to the beach, with a cute park just steps away. We had a wonderful time, the house has a very well stocked kitchen making cooking in easy. We enjoyed the collection of puzzles, lots of extra blankets, towels and bedding too. Super cute decor, and lots of light from all the windows. Would highly recommend.

Cleanest rental. Ever!
Checked in effortlessly. Kitchen was spacious and there were plenty of throw blankets to use until fireplace (well protected) warmed up the downstairs room. I’d suggest a Nest or some other phone-app thermostat so the place can be warmed up remotely. It was chilly checking in to a 60-degree house. Otherwise, it was the cleanest rental I’ve ever experienced. If you can’t do eight flights of stairs around the corner from house to beachcomb, there is nearby park with access and park. Loved our Christmas Eve stay and daughters gave it two thumbs up!

Nice house, great kitchen.
This is a nice house with a terrific kitchen layout. I only wish it was geared towards a rainy stay a little better. Wet coats and shoes were a little tricky to manage coming in the back door. Need more hooks for wet hats and coats. Maybe some mats for wet shoes because there wasn’t a place outside that was dry by the door. Only complaint about the location was the beach access. If you are traveling with elderly or people with accessibility issues there were a ton of of stairs to get down to the water. Not a huge deal but it would have been good to know beforehand. I might have missed that information somewhere? Was able to walk to a easier location but there were no sidewalks to do that safely at dusk. Overall happy to have stayed!

Girlfriend Gathering
We just adored this beautiful property. It was so perfect for our girlfriend gathering from the visits we had on the porch to laughing and sharing tears as we told stories catching up on our lives around the dinning table. We have known each other for 55 years so lots to catch up on. Lincoln City offered so much to us. Thank you Robin for sharing this wonderful home to gather in!

Lovely stay in Olivia Beach home
Wonderful location, beautiful home. Just right for a last-minute vacation for our grown-up family of five. Well-appointed kitchen and wonderful open, light, downstairs space that everyone enjoyed. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bedrooms upstairs -- the younger two had a laugh staying in the bunk room with the shark/fish decor (very cute -- and I imagine extremely popular with the 12 and under set). About 100 stairs down to the beach although in excellent condition. If you have anyone with mobility problems, this could be a concern but for a young family, not a worry. Essentially a private beach and in beautiful condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.
