The property could have been better/cleaner, particularly the bathroom sink (clogged) and faucet, fell off. Didn't know who to call. We stayed only one night of the three we had contracted for, and sent Raul a message telling him we were leaving. He took our full payment and did not offer any refund which was, of course, his right. He got a a kitchen knife when we informed him that there was only a bread knife, but we had only one fork for the entire stay. I had no trouble getting in at 4 am, there is always a door man. The street noise was pretty constant and you could sometimes hear the neighbors talking or watching TV, even at 2 am. The doorman was absent a few times, which meant that we couldn't get OUT until we found him. Worked fine for our 1 night stay. Security made us feel safe. Loved sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine people watching in the evening.
