« I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone! »

« Poor welcome. Owners could not find our reservation even though they had our confirmation number on file. The didnt apologize and all the owner has said is that they hate working with Expedia. Well we told him if yiu hate Expedia, why do you have your hotel promoted in yhis very professional platform. The room's smell was horrible and the smell of cigarette was in everywhere. So sad!!! »

« My experience at Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived — there was a bad smell, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall condition of the motel felt run-down and poorly maintained. The customer service was also frustrating. Staff members were not very helpful when we brought up our concerns, and it felt like they did not care about making our stay comfortable. Overall the experience did...

« This hotel was the last of 16 day cross country trip. And it was the worst of all the hotels. No extra blankets for pull out couch. The breakfast the next morning was skipped by us because of the ants crawling around on the table. We paid the extra money for this hotel for the morning breakfast and had to get breakfast down the road. Very upset at the poor attempt at a good breakfast. »
