The property is walkable to local attractions including Washington & Lee University, VMI, and the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer. Please note that this location does not have any designated guest parking available. There is free daily and overnight parking available within walking distance. Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. This fee will be applied once we update your reservation details to reflect the correct number of guests and pets.​ If you have any questions or need assistance with your reservation, please feel free to reach out. The Cottage is located in a building that also houses a quiet commercial tenant who keeps regular weekday office hours. Location was smack in the of attractions and restaurants. When asking questions the reply is quick. Cottage was clean and fully stocked. This was our first VRBO where coffee, sugar and cream was supplied so it was one less thing to pack for our trip. Bed was comfortable with enough blankets to bake under (we had to remove one of the comforter). If you forget any toiletries dont worry they have a basket of commonly used items. They think of everything for you to make your stay unforgettable. Businesses were all friendly and they remembered you if you returned. Visitor center was just around the corner and very knowledgeable on getting around town to see the sights and eateries. We had a awesome time visiting Lexington ##### Angelo M. The space was clean, bright, easy to find, and secluded enough for privacy. The small outdoor deck was a quiet spot for morning coffee and news browsing. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had some bonus snack items. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was bright and convenient with a walk-in shower and bathing supplies.
