Beautiful Spacious Home - Near Fergus High School

This beautiful large family home is conveniently located in Lewistown and ideally situated for events hosted at Fergus High School. One master bedroom and two large guest rooms are located on the main level. The master suite includes a very large private bathroom with a soaking tub. Also located on the main level is a large living room, dining room, an additional full bathroom, and kitchen with double ovens. The master suite includes a king bed, while both main floor guest bedrooms have queen beds.

The lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. A large full bathroom is available downstairs. A spacious entertainment room is furnished with an inviting sectional couch, a dry bar, and tables/chairs for plenty of seating and opportunity for activities or conversation.
TVs are located in the living room, master suite, and entertainment room. Outdoor amenities include seating on front patio and back deck and a propane grill.

Near High School, walking trails, outdoor pool, and 15 minute walk to downtown Lewistown.

No smoking and No pets.

**There is a Ring camera overlooking the cul-de-sac and driveway.

The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and its location near Frank Day City Park was perfect for our trip. This home was in the best location since it was less than a block from my mother-in-law’s, and it had plenty of room for my kids and their family and to host an evening with other relatives and friends. It was well stocked, very clean and just an overall delightful experience.

We had 11 in our party and there was sleeping and relaxation room for all as well as adequate bathroom and kitchen. Outdoor deck was clean and nice for relaxing. Close to town, convenient!!

Outstanding!

This home away from home was exactly what we neede, and exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We had 7 adults and the space was spot on! We traveled from Kalispell as a family group to visit family in Lewistown and the location was convenient to everyone and everything. Highly recommend!

Great family house

The house was very clean and all 6 bedrooms are large. There is great seating area upstairs and down. The table could easily seat 8-10 people, and the back deck had a nice table for eating. I've been at some rentals that we had to do alot of cleaning, but here, we were just asked to leave the beds that were slept in unmade and take out the trash. It made for a really easy departure. The property manager was very responsive and gave clear instructions.

We were in town for my mother in laws funeral. Tracy's home was everything we needed and more to be comfortable and well taken care of. The house had everything anyone could! The home is spacious and well decorated. I would give our stay a 10 out of 10 rating

Beautiful home

This was the perfect house for our stay in Lewistown! Tracy, the owner was wonderful to work with. The bedrooms are all great size with very comfortable beds. The family room down stairs is large and a huge sectional couch. Great for relaxing, watching a movie or playing games. The house has a great selection of games for kids and adults. With 9 adults and a couple of kiddos, I did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is small, but had everything I needed. I had brought a lot of my own kitchen supplies and didn’t even get them out of the car. I hope the next guests enjoy the house as much as we did. Thank you to Tracy for all your help and providing a terrific home for us during our stay.

Beautiful and spacious

My twin niece and nephew graduated from high school and we have a large extended family who were able to very comfortably enjoy two nights at this amazingly spacious house. It was so convenient to just walk across to the high school. Lewistown treated us all to a stunning green springtime with wonderful walk opportunities in every direction. To have 6 bedrooms and 3 baths was a treat and we enjoyed board games and visiting on both levels and the back deck. We hope to stay here again. Much gratitude to the property owners. Tracy was responsive, polite, and accommodating.
